So, below are the answers of the most 10 FAQ’s that are often asked by our customers and clients. 1. (Usually the first question!) Can we bring alcohol onto the Party Bus or Limousine? Yes, of course you can! We cannot provide any alcohol for you. However, in Texas, everyone must be 21 years of age or older to be allowed to bring alcohol onto the Party Bus or Limousine. This is not only the law but it also is meant to keep everybody safe throughout the entire night. We are big on safety as we make sure everyone has an incredible time! 2. Can the Party Bus or Limousine stay out after midnight? Well, the party doesn’t really start until after midnight! Right? When planning your evening, you will be asked how long you want to keep the Party Bus or Limousine so whether it is 11 pm or 2 am, the night is yours so keep the vehicles as long as you want! So, make sure you plan your hours accordingly. Party bus rentals actually get cheaper each hour you rent. The more hours you use, the more you save. 3. Do we have to drive ourselves or does it come with a driver? We have professional chauffeurs. You worry about having a great time! We will worry about driving the party buses and limousine. While we love our clients, we aren’t letting you drive our Party Buses or Limousines! 4. Is the gratuity included? This is a great question. Many companies handle this differently. So, always be sure to ask whenever you receive a party bus quote. At SATX, we do not include the gratuity in our quotes. We believe the gratuity should be left up to between you for your chauffeur. When you rent a party bus, it's industry standard to tip the driver 15 percent to 20 percent of the rental cost. 5. How many people fit in the Party Bus or Limousine? Every vehicle in our fleet different so this is definitely a question you want to ask when you call us. Party Buses and Limos can range in size from 4 people to 40 people. So, let us know if you have an idea of how many will be in your group. We will text you pics of the appropriate size party bus or limousine. Pics (inside and out). Along with the hourly prices. That way, there is never any confusion about which vehicle in our fleet you are booking. 6. Is there an hourly minimum for renting a Party Bus or Limousine? Our SATX party Buses and Limousines are often in high demand, often rented for 6 to 8 hours at a time, especially during the weekends when demand is the highest. With the only exception, being renting a party bus late on a Saturday night. We do not have a minimum hours renting policy. Make sure you ask when you are calling different companies to get your quotes. Many do have minimum hourly rental requirements. With that being said, our 1 hour service is the most expensive in hourly rates. So, keep that in mind. Book 2 hours, don’t rush. Enjoy your party bus or limousine rental and you’ll save money. 7. How far do the Party Buses and Limousines travel? Well, that’s up to you. At SATX, we routinely travel to Austin and back for nights out or bachelor/bachelorette parties. We routinely take casino runs in our limousines and party buses. We even travel up to the Big D for Cowboys games. Nothing else like a tailgate party with a party bus. Just let us know, if you need our chauffeur for any overnight status and we will explain the process. 8. How far in advance do I need to book a Party Bus or Limousine? Another good question! As mentioned earlier demand is the highest during nights and weekends. If you want to book a Party Bus or Limousine during a weekday, you will need less advance notice. However, depending on certain events going on in San Antonio, many weekends can sell out a month in advance or more. So, the more time you give yourself to select and book a vehicle, the more likely you will be able to rent the exact Party Bus or Limousine you are looking for so you don’t miss out on booking a party bus for your event. Proms are a great example when booking way in advance is in your best interest. 9. Are there any hidden fees? At SATX, we will always be upfront with you. You will receive the exact price quote for your rental. Always asks questions though, some companies will apply surcharges, fuel surcharges and other line items on the final bill. So always make sure you ask what the rate includes when calling for a quote. 10. Is there a deposit required or do we pay everything in advance? Most companies vary. So, always asks when booking your party bus and limousine quotes. At SATX, we only require a $100 deposit to reserve you limousine or party bus. You can settle the balance the day of the event or you can always pay the chauffeur directly. Whatever works best for you!
